ONLINE BANKING

Accessing Online Banking

Online banking gives you immediate access to your account information from the convenience of your home or office computer. Now you can do your banking over the Internet simply and securely!

Visit your bank’s website. Enter your ID and password* in the appropriate fields and click Enter.

Search for a Transaction

While viewing your transactions you may search for a specific one. Select Search located under the tabs. Enter the search criteria and click Search.

*Your initial password will be assigned by your bank. You will be prompted

to change your password upon your first login.

A list of your accounts and a drop-down menu of activities for each account will display.

Viewing Transactions

Select Transactions from the drop-down menu to the right of the account. To view other transactions, use View Range. To view a check image or deposit, click the link in the check # column.

Adding Stop Payments Select Stop Payments from the drop-down menu to the right of the account. Defaults to the New Stop Payment screen. Fill in the required fields and click Submit. A confirmation page will display. Print this page, sign and mail it to your branch. Be sure to keep a copy for your records. Stop payment fee is $25.00.

Transferring Funds Between Accounts

Select Transfers from the drop-down menu to the right of the account.

Select an account from the Transfer funds from drop-down menu. Select an account to Transfer funds to, Transfer amount, transfer Frequency and Transfer Date.

If you are transferring to a loan, choose how the payment should be applied. (Loan transfers to principal or interest only will not advance the payment date.)

Click Submit when you are ready to complete the funds transfer. A confirmation screen to complete the transfer will display. Click Confirm to finalize.

After confirmation, you will receive a confirmation number.

Signing up for Electronic Statements

Alleviate the hassle of receiving paper statements in the mail. Sign up to receive them online. Select the eStatements tab from the menu bar. If you have not previously signed up for Electronic Statements you will be prompted to enroll. Fill in the required fields, agree to the terms and click Enroll Now.

Once you have enrolled, if you want to make changes, click on SignUp/Changes. Select or de-select the account(s) for which you would like to receive online statements and click Save Settings.

Downloading Transactions

Select Download from the drop-down menu to the right of the account.

Modify Personal Settings and Login Information

• Update your email address

Choose an account, a download range and format and click Download. To view the downloaded transactions, click the link. To save the downloaded transactions, right-click the link and choose Save Target As.

Online Banking Options

Select the Options tab from the menu bar. Then select Personal to modify

your personal settings.

• Set up the password reset feature As a security precaution, three attempts to enter an incorrect password will result in a lockout. You can set up the password reset feature in advance so you can reset your password via your own authentication question should this occur. Follow these steps to enable this feature.

Verify the email address is accurate. Enter a personal question for which only you know the answer. Enter your answer (case sensitive).

Click Submit.

If you set up this feature you can reset your password should you ever lock yourself out or forget your password.

Click Forgot Password on the login screen. Enter the requested information and click Submit. You will receive an email from the bank. Click on the link inside the email to continue. (The link is only available for 2 hours.) Enter your login ID and answer the personal question you set up. Your password has successfully been reset.

Modify Account Options

• Account pseudo names (nicknames) For security reasons we recommend you NOT make the pseudo names your account number.

• Account display order You can rearrange the order in which your accounts are displayed by clicking and dragging them to the desired location.

Account Display • Display options Choose your default settings for number of accounts, transactions and transfer history displayed.

Alerts

Click Edit or Add to establish or change an existing alert. When the activity occurs an alert will display on the NetTeller account listing page.

Mobile Banking

If you are an online banking customer, Mobile Banking enables you to securely access your account information via your web enabled mobile device. You may view your account balance, monitor activity, transfer funds between accounts and pay bills you have previously set up. You can even locate bank branches and ATMs on the go! Select the Options tab then click on Mobile Banking. Click on the accounts you wish to access with your mobile device. Enter your mobile phone number and select your wireless provider from the drop down menu. Review the disclosure and click I Agree.

When you have successfully signed up for Mobile Banking, you will receive a confirmation text message to your mobile device. (Text messaging fees from your wireless provider may apply.)
