Basic Requirement for vehicles to be deployed on
monthly basis:
AC, FASTag, min. 2 air bags.

compliant with BSVI emission standard.

Reimbursement against escalation in minimum wages
(applicable only for vehicles to be deployed on monthly
basis):
The rates are firm during entire period of the contract.
However, reimbursement against actual manpower deployed
shall be paid to the Service Provider against the escalation in
minimum wages by Government time to time. Reimbursement
shall be the difference amount of base rate and revised
minimum wages and allied statutory compliances of PF, Bonus
& Leave Wages, etc. for scheduled employment and respective
category of workers. Base rate for revision in minimum wages
will be rate prevailing as on closing date of bid submission.
Reimbursement will be calculated against the actual manpower
deployed by the Service Provider for executing the work.

G. Revision As per Clause
B.1.2.2 of
ANNEXURE VI:
Bid Evaluation
Criteria
The bidder should be an owner of minimum of three nos. of
Innova eq. (Segment wise Equivalent based on length of
vehicle) or three nos. of Indigo eq. (Segment wise Equivalent
based on length of vehicle) or Two Innova eq. (Segment wise
Equivalent based on length of vehicle) and one Indigo eq.
(Segment wise Equivalent based on length of vehicle) or one
Innova eq. (Segment wise Equivalent based on length of
vehicle) and two Indigo eq. (Segment wise Equivalent based on
length of vehicle). The owned commercial vehicles shall not be
older than five years. The period will be considered from date
ending on last day of the month previous to the one in which
the applications are invited.
H. Revision As per Clause 3
of ANNEXURE IV: Special Conditions of Contract of Tender Document
ESCALATION/DE-ESCALATION OF FUEL PRICES:
No change in rates or any other claim on any account or
ground whatsoever, shall be permitted during the entire period
of Contract except for the increase/ decrease of Diesel/Petrol
prices by the order of the Government, as per following
formula:-

Where R = Increase or decrease of rate in Fuel per Km. run
(Rs.)
X =Revised rate of Petrol/HSD per litre (Rs.)
Y = Rate of Petrol / HSD as on date of pre-qualification bid
opening of the tender at Dahej (Rs.)

a. Compact Sedan (Dzire eq)– 24 km/ltr
b. Innova Crysta- 12 km/ltr

The Escalation/De-escalation as worked out above will be
applicable only if increase/decrease in price of diesel/petrol
from the prevailing rate on the date of pre-qualification bid
opening.
The escalation/de-escalation clause is applicable for monthly
basis and call basis vehicle.
A certificate from Govt. authorized petrol/diesel agency shall
have to be produced by the Contractor in respect of increase/
decrease of rate of petrol/diesel indicating effective date of
increased/decreased rates.
Petrol/ Diesel escalation/ de-escalation will apply for the total
actual Km run by Vehicle subsequent to the increase/decrease
of diesel rates.
