THE PROBLEM

Managing an event is very complex. Managing 100 is a nightmare. Complications can arise from multiple stakeholders managing so many moving parts.

Brands and Associations spend thousands of dollars outsourcing to independent event planners for a single event, and still end up doing the bulk of the planning.

No easy to use solution to keep the planning team accountable and efficient. Stakeholders have ineffective communication.

NEXT

STEPS Targeting associations, brands and big enterprise companies. We have seen the most traction there. Acquire as many revenue generating users as we can. Create stickiness everywhere so OneLobby is a daily habit. Once product roadmap is realized for Corp & Enterprise clients, create a downstream version for wider adoption. Grow each customer with add-ons like web site publishing and reselling apps. Ex: 10% cut on all supplier deals brokered on the platform. Dominate the industry to become a billion dollar company.
