Collection Agent
• Runs as a service on PC / Server at the customer’s site
• Uses SNMP for device detection and information collection
• Device detection and meter reading collection can be scheduled to run daily, weekly or monthly
• Status of discovered devices can be monitored at regular intervals
• Information sent to central Limpio server using HTTP or HTTPS
OneStop Server
• Runs as a website on Internet Information Server
• Data is stored in MS SQL Server
• Provides :
– Access to collected information
– Status notification services
– Reporting and data export functionality
– Access to all configuration settings
• Site can be branded for individual clients
Meter Reading Collection
• All available meter readings are collected
• Device usage can be tracked over any period of time
• All information can be reported on or exported
Device Status Notification
• Collection Agent can be set to detect changes in device status, such as error messages or low toner
• Status events can also be received from SNMP traps
• Change of device status is immediately transferred to OneStop server
• Availability schedules can be set up to show when devices are expected to be online

• Device status updated on receiving notification from the agent
• Notifications can be classified • Error – device flagged as error state• Warning – device flagged as warning state• Other – notification stored, but device status
unchanged• Ignore – notification ignored by system
• Users can be notified by email or SMS for any change of status

current status, as well as historical availability• Ideal for support departments monitoring devices
