    Transitional Age Youth (TAY) are

individuals between the ages of 16 &

    25. The TAY One Stop Center has

    been especially designed for youth…

    by youth.

Our target population are youth with

    mental and/or emotional problems

    who may be emancipating from:

    foster care

    group homes

    juvenile justice system

    and/or youth from the community

The TAY center is a drop in

    center. We provide a safe

environment for youth to set goals

    and succeed in life.

    The TAY One-Stop Center

    welcomes youth needing assistance in

    becoming independent. Our staff is

    dedicated to helping improve the

quality of life for TAY in

    San Bernardino County.
