Intertruck MENA LLC is the fastest growing division of our Group. This year, for the sixth year running, we will be attending the event with a stand (H6-218). For this edition of the trade event, Intertruck will once again be focusing on the subject of road safety, a key issue in the region. OEM specificationsThe guiding principle at Intertruck is quality. We therefore distribute products of all the main A-brand manufacturers. Not all customers are looking for an A-brand and within our One-Stop-Shop concept we additionally supply them with our own Intertruck brand as well. We have an excellent reputation that we do not wish to put at risk. Not every product is eligible to receive our logo. All Intertruck branded products are manufactured according to OEM specificati-ons and meet the relevant E quality label requirements and

ISO/DIN standards. Applications for certification have also been submitted to Gulf Standardization Organization (GSO) and ESMA, and we are confident of a positive outcome!

Consistent qualityWe guarantee a consistent quality for the entire range of Intertruck branded parts. Only OE- or A-brand manufacturers are eligible to fabricate our products. Intertruck operates a strict selection process for new suppliers, who are then

regularly audited by our own staff. This work approach means that we are confident that there is no risk in applying the Intertruck name to our products. It is not without reason that we offer a warranty of at least 1 year on all Intertruck products.

Why VMI? ALES is the first customer in the Middle East for which we have developed and implemented a custom VMI solution. The company manages and maintains a fleet of Mercedes Benz Actros vehicles, among others. ALES therefore sought

a partner that could help them improve fill rates to ensure JIT (Just In Time) inventory supply without any constraints for their daily workshop requirements.

LEXGUARD

LEXGUARD is the first patented active warning system develo-ped to monitor the vehicle’s blind spot. Every year, people are killed and even more are injured in traffic as a result of the blind spot on trucks, trailers, buses and vans as they are turning right. The LEXGUARD warning system prevents these kinds of accidents.

The system not only detects people but objects as well, which prevents material damage. The active blind spot system works using sensors, which are attached to the right-hand side of the trailer and to the front and right-hand corner of the truck. These strips “feel and see” whether someone or something is located in the blind spot, and in the event of danger automatically emit a combined light and audio signal via a display inside the cabin. As the person of object comes closer to the vehicle, the light and sound signals intensify. This warns the driver he must respond immediately.

Checkpoint wheel nut indicators

Detachment of wheels from vehicles, particularly heavy commer cial vehicles, has been a cause of concern for many years. Detached wheels can just come to rest and cause little or no damage. However, in worst cases it can collide with other vehicles/pedestrians causing accidents and even fatalities.

Air pressure components

With our range of air pressure components you have access to a complete selection of parts used in vehicle pneumatic systems. This Intertruck range includes brake components, valves, couplings, air coils, air dryers, cylinders and air brake hoses.

Brake parts

Intertruck has a fully comprehensive brake parts program for trucks, buses, trailers and vans. Our range consist of brake disks, brake pads, brake linings & rivets, brake drums and wear indicators.

Because we have carefully assembled this range for you, you can come to us for virtually every application. In our catalogue you will find product descriptions with corresponding drawings and crosslists to, for example, OE and WvA numbers, as used by well-known brands.

We supply the brake lining parts solely in complete sets, including rivets. All the parts are marked with the Intertruck logo and part number.

Axle and Suspension parts

Our range of axle and suspension parts is very broad. With a market coverage of 90%, we can supply these products for virtually every application. And, all our products are available from stock. Finding the correct part is easy in our extensive product documentation, containing product specifications, drawings and cross-reference lists.

Flashing units

Within the range of LED flashing modules we also supply lighting that meets the requirements of directive ECE REG 65. This European standard specifies the requirements for optical and acoustic signalling for vehicles and trailers. We also sell rubber mounting seals for these LED flashers separately.

Quality comes first for this product line too. Therefore the Intertruck LED flashing modules feature the latest generation LEDs and state-of-the-art optics. Our flashing modules come with various mounting provisions. This means there is a suitable lamp for every application!

Wheel bolts and nuts

With a market coverage of 90% our range of wheel bolts and nuts is very wide. We can supply these products for different applications. Finding the correct part is easy in the extensive product documentation, containing product specifications, drawings and cross-reference lists.

Steering parts

Our range of steering parts has a market coverage of 90%. Within this wide range we deliver European quality at an competitive price. All the products are TÜV approved and manufactured to OEM specifications. Because quality comes first we subject each production batch to a strict quality control. Therefore all raw materials are tested in laboratory prior to production and all finished products are inspected as well.

Product Groups


Air springs

This product range consists of almost 200 items, bringing the market coverage figure to more than 90%. Because quality is our priority, we test the raw materials, several components and the end product extensively. For example, metal parts for rusting by means of salt spray test. Pistons must be able to bear a weight of 20 tonnes and we apply a ozone test on the rubber. After vulcanisation of the rubber and after assembly of the complete air spring we perform a 100% visual and pressure check.

We therefore give a three-year warranty on all Intertruck Air Springs!

Marker, Side & Work lamps

Lighting
