PT. TRI DAYA MAXIMA or known as TDM was established in Bogor and has gradually evolved from a small engineering company to become a middle multi-service Engineering, Procurement, & Construction (EPC) company. The establishment of TDM is an answer to fulfill market demands in Engineering, Procurement & Construction services, and in align with that, to develop & improve our competence in Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC). And in the future, we strive to expand our prospective business in Engineering, Procurement & Construction.

TDM has its head office in South Jakarta and its workshop in Gunung Putri - Bogor.

Nowadays, PT. TRI DAYA MAXIMA can provide EPC Services in a wide range of engineering services area as follows : Industry, Mining, Public Utility, Commercial Property, and Construction Area. Signifying our continuous strive toward excellence, PT. TRI DAYA MAXIMA has ISO 9001:2015 QMS, ISO 14001:2015 EMS, and ISO 45001:2018 OHSMS certifications for Engineering, Procurement & Construction. In the next 2 years TDM will have her second workshop to expand its capability and capacity in engineering with more qualified and experienced people in mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering to support and to strengthen PT. TDM Services PT TRI DAYA MAXIMA can handle any plant/construction design engineering job, whether it is large or small, from start to finish. Our experienced staffs are capable of carrying out basic and detail engineering design. These services are adequately by a project team, organized for individual jobs to assure perfect project management involving schedule, cost and quality control.

What We Do


TDM has project plan & control group to create the project plan and monitor the project along with the project manager group and engineers group in the field to execute the project from start to finish and deliver them to the customer.

TDM has its own workshop and certificated welder/painter, quality control experts, welding/painting inspector, and sophisticated tools & equipment to do the fabrication based on DED.

TDM has a proven track record of success in Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) projects. Customers have the opportunity to apply this wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Project Conception and Initiation of their project. As an overall group, TDM project team works hand-in-hand with our respected Customers.

Every project awarded to PTRE is organized under the direction of a Project Manager who is responsible for the maintenance of quality, costs and schedules and reports to the Operation Manager. Supporting the Project Manager in every aspect of engineering, Engineering Group consists of engineers specialized in process, mechanical, instrument, piping, electrical and civil engineering, who participate in the project execution, preparation of proposals and consultancy services. Besides, we also have Project Planning and Control Department to control and manage the project during the execution.

EPC ExecutionDepending on the scale and complexity of the project, engineering projects are carried out by a task force or a combination of task force and matrix. This approach increases efficiency and reliability, and locates all members of the task force team in a single location to facilitate the back up, speedy communication and centralized control that the Project Manager depends on. Working directly under the administrative control of the Project Manager, the type, size, composition and location of the task force is determined according to the scale and type of project.

The directors and management of TDM share a vision of technology and integrity based on business development reflecting national capabilities in a highly competitive global market.Toward fulfillment of this vision TDM is developing a nucleus of competence and healthy management together with responsible, professional, and talented human resources.In recognizing the importance of qualified people in successful management and execution of projects., TDM continuously develops and upgrades the skills of its personnel. The company requires that its engineers hold certificates from the Indonesian Association of Engineers.TDM supports two types of training program, specialized and corporate management.Engineers may also be awarded the opportunity to earn higher degrees or the PMBOK (Project Management of Body Knowledge).During 2012 and 2013, all engineering projects including basic and detail design engineering have been accomplished by spending between 550,000 to 600,000 man-hours respectively. Our manpower average capacity per year is about 580,000 man-hours.
