    PSAs (Public Service Announcement):

    KPIX 5:

    PSA's are to be submitted at least twelve weeks before the proposed airdate in beta, DVD or via you send it.com

    format in 15 or 30 seconds length to Rosemary Roach [email protected] submitting a PSA please providethe name of the non-profit organization, address, contact person, phone number and the length of the PSA.

    Submissions cannot be returned and as requests out numberPSA time, we cannot air every PSA submitted. If you do

    not have a pre-produced PSA you can request that a PSA be produced as part of a sponsorship. For sponsorships you

    should send a request in at least three months in advance [email protected] or mailthe PSA to:

    To Submit Public Service Announcements:

    We air free Public Service Announcements for nonprofits (may be evergreen pieces or for an upcoming local event).Please send a 15-20 second script at least 2-3 weeks prior to the date (the earlier the better!). Well take a look and

    depending on the schedule, we will try to get it on the rotation. We also accept pre-recorded 30s and 60s (if youre ableto produce high quality PSAs) but these need to be submitted earlier. 1-2 months is ideal and should be sent as mp3s.

    If the announcement publicizes an event, we should have it one month in advance. We prefer public service

    We cannot acknowledge receipt of material sent to us because we get a lot.

    If you are in doubt about what to write or length of announcement, just send what you have.
