Funding and investment strategy for the leversTo deliver strategy at scale requires massive step up in investment in region. Key components include:• Development of coherent investment strategy for One Cape 2040

• Mobilising local capital behind vision• Attracting FDI linked to centres of excellence and green growth path• Better aligning and leveraging public sector investment behind One
