AFFIDAVIT OF ONE AND THE SAME PERSON

            We,  JUAN DELA CRUZ, and JESSICA RANCHEZ , both of legal age, Filipinos and both residents of Makati City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say, that:

           1.       We personally know SARAH JAMORA, who was born November 4, 1953, in Bohol, Philippines, and who is the wife of SARGE  JAMORA. We personally know SAHARA JAMORA since I, JUAN DELA CRUZ, have been a neighbor of Spouses Jamora since 1981, while I, JESSICA RANCHEZ have been a family friend of the spouses Jamora since the 1970’s;

           2.       We also know for a fact that the above person and the person by the name of

“SARAH ZAMORA”,

as appearing in the attached identification documents, refer to one and the

same person;

          3.      That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts.
