GENERAL NOTES

Situation Anston lies on Wild Hill between Teversal and Tibshelf with direct access off the B6014. From Morton and the A61 pick up the B6014 towards Tibshelf, travel up through Tibshelf passing the Church on the right and at the top of the village continue on the B6014 towards Mansfield and over the motorway bridge. Travel past the Teversal sign and over the county boundary and at the right-hand junction continue straight on with the property lying 600 yards on the right. From the Carnarvon Country Pub at Teversal pick up the B6014 towards Tibshelf, travel up Wild Hill for ¾ mile. Go past Shepherds Lane on the right with the entrance to the property lying first on the left (directly off the B6014). ‘To the Sale’ and ‘Car Park’ signs will be erected on the morning of the sale.

Cash – Under the money laundering regulations the auctioneers are unable to accept cash in sums greater than €10,000 (or its Sterling equivalent). Please contact the auctioneers to discuss methods of cash payment prior to the sale.

Export Purchasers – All goods must be paid for in pounds sterling (£).

VAT on Export Goods – Under regulations imposed by HM Customs & Excise, the auctioneers must account in a proper manner for VAT on export goods. Therefore, any customers who have no trading pattern record with the auctioneers must pay all VAT on the purchase price of goods on sale day. On receipt of all relevant export documentation and bills of laden (which must be received in the prescribed time limits), the auctioneers will then refund relevant VAT sums.

Buyers Premium – No buyers premium will be payable at this sale.

Telehandler Loading Facilities – Telehandler loading facilities will be available on site up until approximately 5.00pm on sale day.

Machine Hours – Machine hours have been taken as at 9th April 2018. These are given for information purposes only and are not guaranteed by the Auctioneers. Loading It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange for the safe loading & transport of all and any purchases. Bagshaws are under no obligation to provide assistance in loading but on occasion they will do their best to help provided that it is not putting themselves, the purchaser or other people at risk of injury. For large, heavy and unwieldy items, specialist loading and transportation will be required for example bulk bins and tanks. The decision made by Bagshaws will be final.

This genuine dispersal sale arises as a result of the untimely death of the Late Ian McCandless. Many locals will have known Ian as a talented fabricator and engineer whose work was to an excellent high standard. All the cattle from this small farm have already been sold which leaves the grassland machinery and tractors together with a large array of steel fabricators equipment and excellent range of tools for genuine dispersal.
