ODR Cloud Backup How the service works with ODR

Step OneWe setup an analysis to prove the service will work at the customer site. Following this analysis we provide a report and solution summary. This summary includes details of the analysis and costs for the service.

Step TwoWe meet with the customer to discuss the service details, costs and answer any further questions.

Step Three Following an order we visit the site where we setup and complete the first backup to a portable drive.

Step FourWe return to our datacentre, load the data in to our system and initiate the service. The service is now live and will run according to the defined backup schedule automatically.

Step FiveWe test the service to prove it is up and running.
