Leadership, like beauty, is hard to define, but you
know it when you see it.
Leaders know how to capitalize on their
strengths and compensate for their weaknesses
Leaders know what they want, why they want it,
and how to inspire others to want it too.
Leaders have learned to be the original, not the copy.
True leadership is born out of the desire to express
oneself. No leader sets out to be a leader, per se.
Everyone, yes, even you, no matter what age or
circumstance, are capable of transformation.
True leaders inspire us and restore our hope.
The three most important essentials in leadership:

together a team that reflects only him.
More important than specific goals is having
ambitions of how you want to live your life. The other
things will follow.
