The OMR feedback form makes the process of obtaining information from a large group of people easier. OMR or optical mark recognition form is a sheet that can be read by OMR software when scanned. This rules out the requirement of checking every feedback form manually. Once the person has filled the form, it is scanned and the answers are evaluated. However, there are some rules which one has to follow while filling the OMR feedback sheet. It is the responsibility of the examination committee to make sure that they know about these rules. The responsibility of the examination committee is to guide candidates about the correct filling of OMR Sheet. While filling an OMR feedback form: You must either use an HB pencil or a black or blue ball point pen (this is usually specified on the form) Never leave the circle half-filled; incomplete or improper markings will make the form useless Do not use white marker to remove something; if you have used a pencil, you can use an eraser to remove the mark. But if you have used a pen, make sure that you do not make a mistake in the first place. Fill the answers once it is freezed. If you have to stick something like a photograph on the form, always use glue and never do it with a stapler. Moreover, you do not need to worry about its accuracy as long as the candidates fill the form properly. As the candidates filled the form properly, software is absolutely accurate.
