Model 5122 and 5123 modules provide digital die protection logic and input connections for either 8 or 16 sensors, respectively.Up to 5 modules can be used with each OmniLink II Press Automation control for a maximum of 80 sensor channels. The universal inputsaccept sensors with NPN or PNP outputs as well as probes and mechanical contacts. Up to eight sensors may be individually connectedthrough plugs in the faceplate. Alternatively, sensors may be wired directly to terminals inside the module enclosure or connected enmass through a cable to a quick connect receptacle.

Up to 4 of these modules can be used with the OmniLink II Press Automation Control. EachAutomatic Setup Module has a standard Base Autoset Module that can accept optional circuitboards to automatically set slide positions and air pressures for counterbalance, cushions, etc..Each Base Autoset Module will accept either one 5100-10C Rotary Shut Height Adjust Board andone 5100-10A Air Adjust Board or two 5100-10A Air Adjust Boards. Each Rotary ShutHeight AdjustBoard can control one slide and each Air Adjust Board can be used to control up to two separateair systems. Each air system controlled will require one of the air valve assemblies listed, whichincludes the cables, analog pressure sensors, connectors, etc. as well as the valve necessary for thecomplete installation of that air system. Each slide controlled will require the Rotary Shut HeightTransducer listed below, either a 50' or 100' (cable length) wiring kit.
