QUALITY CONTROL MEASURES

Ipsos employed quality control measures to ensure the highest possible integrity of obtained

results/data. These measures included:

For at least 10% of the calls, a

supervisor tapped in to listen to the

interviews.

The supervisors physically observed at

least 5 calls per interviewer, during data

collection.Logical data checks were made on

selected questionnaire entries to ensure

conformity with the flow of the questions

answered by the respondents. Sample

quotas were monitored to match the

sample’s statistical parameters.
