Pastor’s Corner This weekend we celebrate the Feast of the Most Holy Trinity. Attending Church is one very important way we connect with God and each other. Additionally, every word of welcome or gesture of friendship and love for another is in

effect, imitating the Trinity. God is the fountain of love, which flows between each of the persons in the Unity we call Fa-ther, Son and Holy Spirit. This love flows over into creation, filling everything with the desire for oneness. The more we allow true love into our lives, the more we give love, it's then that we become more the person God calls us to become. Thanks much to the group who did so much work planning, decorating, preparing the hall for the faculty reunion on Sat-urday. Thanks to Marsha Pavel, Rita Scheiding, Mary Townley, Michelle Martinez, Ellie Morley, Carrie Kaczmarek, Gina Childers, Kathy Schulte, Grace Pohl, for decorating and Jeff Belling for organizing the Men's Club participation in the event. Also thanks to Marita Grebl for taking care of the reservations. It was a classy event to be sure. Fond memories of HG school were shared by former principals, Brent Catlett and Sr. Zita. It was a fine way to say farewell to 90 years of school ministry at Holy Ghost. Congratulations to our Lacey Merica for being elected a member of the Omaha Public School Board! Given her fine work on Parish Council, I know she will do well serving in this new capacity!! Have a good week, one more to go till the Jamboree! Fr. Greg
