When are the group dining areas available?

• Breakfast - 7am to 11:30am • Lunch - 11:30am to 4pm • Dinner – Sunday to Friday from 4pm to 6:30pm and 8pm to 10pm The lobby bar’s availability is flexible—please ask your Event Specialist for details.

Does Oliver & Bonacini Café Grill, Blue Mountain offer private dining?

Our restaurant does not accommodate private dining in the main dining room. Full restaurant buyouts are available depending on dates. As exclusive caterers to The Westin Trillium House, we are able to offer private dining options in the conference facility—rental fees will apply.

Is there a charge to use the space?

There is no charge to use the space for regular group dining. Minimum spends for full buyouts will vary based on season and day of the week.

When is the final guest count due?

The guaranteed number of guests attending the function is required ten days in advance of the function. You have up to 72 hours prior to your reservation to make any final changes. Unless we are notified of a guest count revision, the number originally contracted will be assumed as the guarantee. If your actual guest attendance is less than your minimum guarantee, you will be billed 50% of the menu price for the difference in this guest count.

What services and items does O&B Blue Mountain supply?

The following services are complimentary: • Service staff • Existing tables & chairs • Standard table flatware & glassware • Printed personalized menus at each place setting If designated seating is required please supply your own place cards. Linens may also be ordered for your tables along with floral arrangements. Additional fees may apply for these items. We are happy to provide referrals for all your needs!

How is the menu determined?

All food items for group events are selected from our current seasonal prix fixe menu package. You are able to interchange items between menus—prices will be adjusted accordingly. Your Event Specialist can assist you with tailoring your selections for the best guest experience.

Can I bring my own cake?

Yes, we will gladly serve and plate your cake for 3. per person and cupcakes for 1.75 per person. For an additional fee of 1.75 per person we can provide individual to-go containers. Please note that Oliver & Bonacini Café Grill is a full-service restaurant and does not permit any outside food on-site other than celebration cake or cupcakes.

Is parking available?

Our location does not provide dedicated parking. Parking is available in the Blue Mountain Resort lots (subject to availability).

Is a deposit required?

An initial non-refundable payment of 200. is required to secure the booking and will be applied to your final dining bill. A secure link to make your deposit online will be sent to you upon confirmation of the reservation. The balance can be paid by invoice, cash, debit or credit card at the conclusion of the event.

What is the cancellation policy?

Your initial payment is non-refundable. If you are to cancel your group booking, you may use your payment towards your next visit or have it applied to a gift card. As mentioned, if your actual guest attendance is less than your minimum guarantee within 72 hours of your reservation, you will be billed 50% of the menu price for the difference in this guest count.

How far in advance should I book?

As bookings are made on a first-come, first-serve basis, we recommend booking as early as possible to maximize on availability options.

How are beverage and wine costs managed?

Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are charged based upon consumption per drink, plus tax and 18% gratuity. We do not offer fixed price per person bar packages. Wines for groups may be pre-selected from our current list. Please note that we are not able to order in wines that are not part of our current selection. Daily drink specials and features are not applicable to group reservation.
