It has been an amazing season and

we can’t believe it is coming to an

end. We would like to thank you all

for your support, encouragement

and participation this season as our

events were a wonderful success. We

hope it was as memorable for you as

it was for us.

We wish you all safe travels back to

activities. We have a lot of fun-filled

surprises in store for you!

Next season, Activities will be implementing a new table reservation policy which we

believe will be beneficial to everyone! There will no longer be a cost associated with

reserving a table however, if you wish to reserve a table you must:

• Have a full table of 8. A table with less than 8 cannot be reserved.

• Staple all envelopes containing the names and payments of those in your party and

submit them at the same time to the Activities Office. The table cannot be reserved

if all names and payments are not submitted at the same time.

• Indicate the last name of the primary host of the table at the top of the

stapled envelopes.

The deadline to reserve a table will be one week prior to the event date.

Last minute changes cannot be made.
