To the heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, of YVETTA JO COX‑TROUT a/k/a Yvetta Jo Cox, deceased (the “Decedent”):
1. On October 24, 2019, the Petitioners (a/k/a the Plaintiffs), Gary Arlen Gresham and Elva Lou Bailey, filed in the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma a Petition for Determination of Heirs of the Dece‑dent.
2. The Petition seeks a judgment from the Court that:
(a) Pauletta Cox George and Becky Cox Brodt are the only heirs of the Decedent;
(b) The Decedent’s heirs listed above are the only individuals entitled to inherit real or personal property from the Decedent under Oklahoma law; and
(c) That pursuant to Title 84 O.S. § 213, the Decedent’s heirs, Pauletta Cox George and Becky Cox Brodt, are each entitled to inherit half of the Decedent’s property.
3. The Court ordered that said Petition is set for hearing on the 7th day of January, 2020 at 9:00 o’clock a.m. in the Oklahoma County District Court, Oklahoma County Courthouse, 321 Park Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102, before the Honorable Judge Richard Kirby.
4. The Court also ordered that all the heirs of the Decedent and record claim‑ants to lands or any part thereof of which said the Decedent died seized shall appear before the Court at the time and place referenced above to submit to the Court evidence that is competent to establish heirship of the Decedent.
5. The people that have an interest in the Estate of the Decedent have been named as parties in this lawsuit and each person must answer the Petition on or before 50 days from the date the Petition is served on each person, or the Petition will be taken as true, and judg‑ments listed above will be rendered accordingly.

c. Pursuant to 10 O.S. §7505‑4.2(H)(1) in that they have will‑fully failed to maintain a significant relationship with the minor for a period of twelve (12) out of the last fourteen (14) months immediately preceding the filing of this petition;
d. Pursuant to 10 O.S. §7505‑4.2(H)(2) in that they have failed to take “sufficient legal action to establish and/or maintain a substantial and positive relationship with the minor prior to the receipt” of notice for these proceedings.
You are notified that you must file an Answer to the said Petition filed by the Petitioners on or before 15 days after date of first publication, or the allegations contained in the Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be entered against you and in favor of Peti‑tioners as prayed for in their Petition.
You are further notified a hearing on the Application to determine whether your consent to the adoption is necessary is set for 9:00 o’clock a.m., on the 25th day of November, 2019, in
