Operational issues and problems waste a company's executive

time and resources. They render a business less profitable. They

are like Frankenstein's monster. They return back to haunt you if

the root cause is not eliminated. Knee jerk reactions & attempts at

quick fixes make them more formidable. They become part of an

organisations working culture if left unattended
