Advantages ULTRA COATING ROTORS
This coating offers highly efficient corrosion protection even underextreme conditions (approx. 300 ). In addition, it is a decisive factorfor improving efficiency : reducing discharge temperature of theairend, increasing volume flow while decreasing power consumption.
STAINLESS STEEL HIGH PRESSURE STAGE ROTORThe stainless steel HP rotor pair is rust-free from condensed water.
INLET BLOW-DOWN SYSTEMSwitching of loading & unloading by oil pressure shortens the entiresystem cycle, thereby reducing power consumption cost. Besides, themaintenace is easy and economical with pneumatically operated.

The oil pump is driven bydriving shaft of airend anddelivers oil to actuatingcylinder of inlet/blow-downsystem via oil cooler andoil filter with an optimumvolume, thus prolongingthe life time of rotors andbearings.
Movement of inlet on/off valve causes action of blow-down unloading valve. The actuatingcylinder of unloading valve is connected to oil system of compressor block. The oil pump issufficiently sized. (Pneed=2.5bar g, Pposs=25.0bar g)
Switching of loading & unloading by oilpressure shortens the system cycle, there-by reducing power consumption cost.Besides, the maintenace is easy and eco-nomical with pneumatically operated.
