802.11 and Cellular Wireless CommunicationsProSoft’s 802.11abgn products allow remote access to your pump jacks and eliminate the network wiring for Distributed I/O across the pad to the control house. This lets you reduce the wiring and trenching these connections traditionally require, resulting in significant savings. This also helps you avoid cutting cables when expanding your well pad. They are also great for video surveillance. ProSoft also has industrial cellular radios for remote access applications.

Advantages of a PLC/PAC-based Flow Computer in a Multi-Well Pad SiteTraditional designs use multiple RTUs and stand-alone flow computers and a PLC. This design is costly because it requires programming and maintaining of multiple RTUs and flow computers and must be integrated with the PLC. With ProSoft Technology’s in-chassis flow computer and a Rockwell Automation® PAC, you can eliminate both the flow computers and the RTUs.
