eurobex NEMA 4-4X ENCLOSURES 5412 ESSLC Oil & dust tight lift off cover stainless steel enclosures The 5412 ESSLC lift off cover, water oil and dust tight enclo- sures are used indoors or out- doors, in areas where a corro- sion problem may exists or where the enclosures may be subjected to hosing or to water coming from any direction. The box and cover are made from 16 GA (Type 304) stainless steel with all seams continuously welded. A high quality roboticaly poured-in-place seamless gas- ket ensures a complete and durable water tight seal.The opening has a curled lip around all sides to prevent dripping water from entering when the door is open, it also increases rigidity. A flange-mounted ¼ turn lock insures positive closing while leaving a full workable mounting surface on the door. The enclosure can be internally mounted or externaly mounted using the included die cast wall mounting feet. Each enclosure comes complete with a 14 GA steel flat inner panel which mounts on welded nuts. The enclosures’ exterior are unpaint- ed and brushed smooth. The enclosures’ interior and panels are finished with white heat fused polyester powder, electrostatical- ly applied on a phosphatized base.
