Snap your tail on the ground whilst rolling/ sliding front foot forward.
Jump! Keep an eye on the board, and tweak it out for maximum style.
Crouch on impact, making sure feet are on bolts.
Roll away.

Position frontfoot just behind front bolts
Back foot on tail
