Your bill remains the same amount regardless of the amount of electricity you use due to summer’s heat or winter’s cold. There are no increases due to changes in fuel prices or electric rates. Furthermore, GFB is customized just for you and the way you’ve used electricity in the past. It’s also adjusted for expected weather in the coming year.

In the unlikely event your usage increases by 30 percent for three consecu-tive months over the same months the previous year (excluding the effects of weather), OG&E reserves the right to remove you from the program. Furthermore, if you cease receiving electric service at the designated residence, or otherwise withdraw or are withdrawn from the GFB program, you must pay the difference between the amount of energy used and the amount you have paid.
