The base contains 6 Neodymium magnets that combine into a magnetic force of over 15 lbs (7.5 kg). As a result, fewer magnets are needed in one place to keep the sheet in place, which won't fall readily fall off the car.

GebruiksaanwijzingOppervlak goed ontvetten. Risicoplaatsen en geulen dun insmeren met een doekje. Laat het ongeveer 15 minuten drogen (af-hankelijk van de luchtvochtigheid; meer informatie zie etiket). Plak daarna uw folie zoals u gewend bent. Niet nat plakken!

Let op! 600-AA1400 is slechts een hulpmid-del om de hechting te verhogen op de auto-lak. Het is geen wondermiddel. Zowel de folie als uw montage moet goed zijn.

Help! De folie laat los uitde knikken en geulen!

Grote vlakken plakken door de geulen en knikkenvan vooral bedrijfswagens, geeft de laatste jarennogal wat problemen. Is dit dan niet meer mogelijk?

AA-1400 kan helpen op die plaatsen waar de folie onder enige spanning komt de staan. Deze primer verlaagt de oppervlaktespanning zodat de lijmlaag beter kan gaan hechten.

Een voorbeeldU moet zich voorstellen dat de lijmbolletjes door het silaan in de autolak geen 100% hechting kunnen krijgen maar bijvoorbeeld tussen de 70 - 80%. Het probleem wordt ech-ter nóg groter wanneer de folie wordt uitge-rekt in bijvoorbeeld de geulen. Op het moment dat de folie wordt uitgerekt, neemt het aantal lijmbolletjes per vierkante centi-meter af van 100% naar ongeveer 75% per vierkante centimeter! Ervan uitgaande dat de hechting op watergedragen autolak maar 70% is, wordt de rekensom vrij eenvoudig. 70% van 75% betekent dat er maar een hech-tingspercentage is van 52%... te weinig voor ingeföhnde delen.Het zou beter zijn om een oplossing te zoe-ken in een hechtverbeterende laag tussen de standaard lijmlaag en het oppervlak. Watergedragen autolak heeft een hoge oppervlaktespanning en dat zou dus aange-pakt moeten worden.Dat is natuurlijk heel fijn om te weten, maar dat verandert niets aan het probleem van de hechting. Het enige wat daarmee bereikt wordt, is dat de stress al komt voordat de klus begint zonder dat er een oplossing voorhanden is!

Wij hebben de oplossing!Gelukkig hebben wij door intensief testen resultaat geboekt met een speciale kleurlo-ze primer die een tussenlaag tot stand brengt op moleculair niveau.

Deze zorgt voor een verbeterde hechting. Deze speciaal ontwikkelde primer hecht zich aan de silaan-moleculen, waardoor deze in feite geneutraliseerd worden. Hierdoor onstaat er een laag tussen de folie en de autolak die de lijmlaag vrij spel geeft om alle lijmbolletjes te laten samenvloeien met de ondergrond.

Tast niets aanIn tegenstelling tot andere produkten, is dit geen blanke lak of zoiets dat de ondergrond aantast. Er worden namelijk geen moleculen afgebroken en beschadigd. Er vinden ook geen chemische reacties plaats. De silaan in de autolak hecht zich alleen aan de 600-AA1400 door middel van adhesie. Wanneer men geen folie op het ingesmeerde gedeel-te plakt, dan vervliegt de primer en wordt de ondergrond weer gedeneutraliseert.

Help! De folie laat los uitde knikken en geulen!

Grote vlakken plakken door de geulen en knikkenvan vooral bedrijfswagens, geeft de laatste jarennogal wat problemen. Is dit dan niet meer mogelijk?

AA-1400 kan helpen op die plaatsen waar de folie onder enige spanning komt de staan. Deze primer verlaagt de oppervlaktespanning zodat de lijmlaag beter kan gaan hechten.

Een voorbeeldU moet zich voorstellen dat de lijmbolletjes door het silaan in de autolak geen 100% hechting kunnen krijgen maar bijvoorbeeld tussen de 70 - 80%. Het probleem wordt ech-ter nóg groter wanneer de folie wordt uitge-rekt in bijvoorbeeld de geulen. Op het moment dat de folie wordt uitgerekt, neemt het aantal lijmbolletjes per vierkante centi-meter af van 100% naar ongeveer 75% per vierkante centimeter! Ervan uitgaande dat de hechting op watergedragen autolak maar 70% is, wordt de rekensom vrij eenvoudig. 70% van 75% betekent dat er maar een hech-tingspercentage is van 52%... te weinig voor ingeföhnde delen.Het zou beter zijn om een oplossing te zoe-ken in een hechtverbeterende laag tussen de standaard lijmlaag en het oppervlak. Watergedragen autolak heeft een hoge oppervlaktespanning en dat zou dus aange-pakt moeten worden.Dat is natuurlijk heel fijn om te weten, maar dat verandert niets aan het probleem van de hechting. Het enige wat daarmee bereikt wordt, is dat de stress al komt voordat de klus begint zonder dat er een oplossing voorhanden is!

Wij hebben de oplossing!Gelukkig hebben wij door intensief testen resultaat geboekt met een speciale kleurlo-ze primer die een tussenlaag tot stand brengt op moleculair niveau.

Deze zorgt voor een verbeterde hechting. Deze speciaal ontwikkelde primer hecht zich aan de silaan-moleculen, waardoor deze in feite geneutraliseerd worden. Hierdoor onstaat er een laag tussen de folie en de autolak die de lijmlaag vrij spel geeft om alle lijmbolletjes te laten samenvloeien met de ondergrond.

Tast niets aanIn tegenstelling tot andere produkten, is dit geen blanke lak of zoiets dat de ondergrond aantast. Er worden namelijk geen moleculen afgebroken en beschadigd. Er vinden ook geen chemische reacties plaats. De silaan in de autolak hecht zich alleen aan de 600-AA1400 door middel van adhesie. Wanneer men geen folie op het ingesmeerde gedeel-te plakt, dan vervliegt de primer en wordt de ondergrond weer gedeneutraliseert.

Adhesive Activator AA-1400 appears to be the only product that successfully solves the problem of the poor adhesion of film to certain car paints.This industrial grade product is also used as a bonding agent for silicone sealants on a variety of substrates, the sealing of exposed security film edges on glass being a prime example.

Modern car paints contain silicone.This is obviously going to cause reduced surface adhesion. This is not nor-mally a problem on flat bodywork panels as neither the film nor the adhe-sive layer are under much tension. However, this tension is present in the recesses, channels and awkward corners with plastic bumpers for exam-ple. Optimal adhesion in thse areas is of paramount importance. We all know what will happen to the film if the adhesion is not 100%.

1) Thoroughly clean and degrease the application surface.

2) Using a cloth, apply a small amount of 600-AA-1400 in one move and direction to

the substrate and wait for approx. 15-30 minutes (depending on humidity levels).

3) Then apply the film dry to the primer and voilá, a much improved adhesion to the

substrate.

4) Finish the film by following the manufacturer’s instructions.

Film-On is the window tinter’s friend. A colourless jelly-like concentrate for dilu-tion in water. Just add a little to water, give it a quick shake and it’s ready to use. Film-On evaporates faster, and has a glutinous property that increases the viscosity of the solution. When it’s sprayed on to glass, it stands firm unlike the soap and water solu-tion that just cascades back down the glass. You will notice immediately how much easier it is to slide the film. Film-On is the window tinter’s friend. A colourless jelly-like concentrate for dilu-tion in water. Just add a little to water, give it a quick shake and it’s ready to use. Film-On evaporates faster, and has a glutinous property that increases the viscosity of the solution. When it’s sprayed on to glass, it stands firm unlike the soap and water solu-tion that just cascades back down the glass. You will notice immediately how much easier it is to slide the film. The solution between the glass and the film is softer and thicker which makes squeegeeing a lot easier.White striping and moisture build-up between the film and the glass during drying is also reduced (common with safety film)- a big plus! Adhesion is vastly impro-ved.

The perfect solution for fast and effortless application of self adhesive films wit-hout air bubbles and wrinkling. Right-On allows the film to be repositioned after initial application.The film begins to bond after just 3 minutes and you can even start working it into channels immediately. Right-On Spray will not affect the adhesive layer.
