Education in Mexico
Mexico is located in last place among the OECD countries and in the site among 53 countries participating in the "PISA" test, only beating Montenegro, Uruguay, Costa Rica, Albania, Argentina, Tunisia, Jordan, Colombia, Qatar, Indonesia and Peru.
Mexico would take long to reach the average level of the best
countries in the world in math and reading, because nowdays a
Mexican student with the highest performance achieved barely
manages to get the same score an average student from Japan
who ranks among the best 10 countries.
This does not mean that Mexican students lack intelligence but it
takes discipline and responsibility as students to reach these lev-
els.
To counter this situation,
the Mexican government
has implemented educa-
tion reform, with the aim of
improving education in the
country and although
promises beneficial chang-
es, has caused great dis-
pleasure in different sec-
tors of the population such
as the (CNTE).
Due of opposition to this
education reform teachers
from different states like Oaxaca, Michoacan and Guerrero
made continuous protests showing their disapproval of this re-
form.
However those affected by the situation facing the country are
students and businessmen as it has led to a stagnation in the
economic and educational growth by blockages that have
occasioned teachers.

Despite having a lot of schools, children in rural communities can
not attend these, however, the municipality adopted the
"PAREIB" plan, a compensation plan to reduce the backlog in
initial and basic education: in order to attack a problem: the edu-
cational backwardness among children and young people in rural
communities.
This program began operating in 1998 by the CONSEJO
NACIONAL DE FOMENTO EUCATIVO (CONAFE) whose
mission is to bring basic education to the rural population of high
and very high marginalization, giving opportunity to young people
who want to teach and live an experience in living with children

Completely autonomous drones Unmanned aerial vehicles or drones as currently used for military purposes and in other fields such as agriculture or film making, but so far have always been driven by humans, although remotely. The next step will be to develop machines that fly by themselves, greatly expand-ing the range of applications further. To make this possible, the drones will be able to detect and respond to their local environment, altering its height and flight path to avoid colliding with other objects in its path. If they achieve a reliable autonomy and avoid collisions, drones could begin to take on tasks and far too dangerous for humans, such as: • Check the power lines.
• Provide medical supplies in emergencies.
In the field of agriculture, collect and process large amounts of visual data from the air to allow precise and efficient use of inputs such as fertilizers and irrigation. Basically, the drones are robots that operate in three dimensions instead of two, so that advances in robotics latest technology will accelerate their arrival.
Neuromorphic technology Neither the best supercomputers can compete with the sophistica-tion of the human brain. Tradition-al computers are linear; They lim-ited to move data between memory and processors central processor via a high speed net-work. Instead, they try neuromorphic processor to process infor-mation mimicking the architecture of the human brain in order to significantly increase the capacity of thinking and response of a computer. Combining parts storage and processing of data in the same interconnected modules together, neuromorphic pro-cessors deliver more power and better energy efficiency. An ex-ample is the IBM TrueNorth neuromorphic processor proto-type presented in August 2014.This increased computing power with much less energy and volume, will create more intelligent machines to small scale and take us to the next step in miniaturi-zation and artificial intelligence. Computers can anticipate and
Emerging artificial
Intelligence The artificial intelligence (AI), unlike the normal hard-
ware and software, allows a machine to perceive and respond to the changing environment that surrounds it. Emergent AI takes this a step further, resulting in machines that automatical-ly learn assimilating large volumes of information. As next generation robotics, AI improved considerably increase productivity, as the machines go by doing some tasks tradition-ally performed by humans (even better performance). For ex-ample, evidence suggests that autonomous cars will reduce the number of collisions; and probably intelligent machines, to have access to a much greater store of information and re-spond without the human emotional bias, can better diagnose diseases that physicians. In fact, IBM Watson system and is currently being used in the field of oncology to help diagnose and establish personalized treatments. However, AI a lso has its risks. The most obvious: • That nightmare so recurrent in works of science fiction in which super intelligent machines overcome and enslave hu-mans. Although we are still several decades that can be realized, experts are already starting to take it seriously.
Technology in Tejupilco
Currently the municipality of Tejupilco not have an advance con-sidered in relation to technology there are many limitations, this municipality is very large and its population requires technology in the region encouraged. Today the telephone signal is a big problem for the population as commonly fails and limited communication between the people of the town, but there are different telephone companies that provide services to the population undoubtedly improve cell phone signal is a great area of opportunity that the government should consider Tejupilco shortly. In the city there are many businesses where Internet service is available, and it is important to mention that many families have internet at home, allowing a day and be in constant communi-cation, and achieve labor and professional economic productivi-ty. It is noteworthy that while it is true the Internet is a great tech-nological means constantly fails in much of the town which cre-ates problems for users in their work or occupations. It is important that the government take into account the technol-ogy and work for the empowerment and technological advance-ment, now in the municipal development plan not have priority to technological development of the municipality of Tejupilco. Fortunately there is a house of learning technology-oriented working in educational excellence and to develop a technological breakthrough in Tejupilco, is the Technological University of South Mexico State (UTSEM) who through the careers of Mech-atronics and Information Technology and Communication, made up of the university community (students, principals, man-agements and teachers) develops research projects and techno-logical development. The UTSEM is very well positioned in the southern region of the State of Mexico and students of this university have developed innovative educational institution emphasizing technology projects nationally and internationally through robotics compe-titions generally.

Syrian Migrant or Refugee?
Syrian refugees are civilians who have fled the civil war in Syria since 2011. It started with nationwide protests against President Bashar al-Assad's government, whose forces responded with violent crackdowns. nations will take the rest based on wealth, population, unem-

Water on Mars! NASA announced the strongest evidence yet for liquid water on the red planet. But science has yet to truly prove that water flows on Mars once and for all, and doing so could completely change the way we
view the planet. Other worlds have it in subsurface oceans, or scattered around as vapor in the atmosphere. But Mars is the only place where we have solid evi-dence for liquid that sits right there in the open air. While it would be a major
leap to suggest that Mars
might harbor life (even
microbial life) liquid water
at least makes it possible
that parts of the planet are
habitable.

Christian group predicts the world will be 'annihilated' on
Wednesday Over a week after blood moon doomsday forecasts were proven wrong, eBible Fellowship leader Chris McCann says „the world will pass away‟ on 7 October. The eBible Fellowship, an online affiliation headquartered near Philadelphia, has based its predic-tion of an October obliteration on a previous claim that the world would end on 21 May 2011. While that claim proved to be false, the organization is confident it has the correct date this time.
“According to what the Bi-ble is presenting it does appear that 7 October will be the day that God has spoken of: in which, the world will pass away,” said Chris McCann, the leader and founder of the fe-llowship, an online gathe-ring of Christians head-quartered in Philadelphia.
