IF THE OWNER/DEVELOPER ELECTS TO PROCEED WITH A RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTCONSISTENT WITH THE GOLDEN OVERLOOK PUD OFFICIAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVEDBY THE CITY OF GOLDEN ON DECEMBER 1, 2005 AND FILED WITH THE JEFFERSON COUNTYCLERK AND RECORDER AT GOLDEN, COLORADO ON FEBRUARY 5, 2006, AS FURTHERDESCRIBED IN THE GOLDEN OVERLOOK FILING NO. 1 FINAL PLAT, APPROVED BY THE CITY OFGOLDEN ON MAY 8, 2008 AND FILED WITH THE JEFFERSON COUNTY CLERK AND RECORDERAT GOLDEN, COLORADO ON SEPTEMBER 17, 2008, ALL DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS ANDREQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROPERTY SHALL BE AS CONTAINED THEREIN. IN THIS INSTANCE,NO DEVELOPMENT MAY OCCUR BASED UPON THE ENTITLEMENTS PROVIDED FOR WITHINTHIS AMENDMENT NO. 1. THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS SHALL APPLY FOR ANY OTHERDEVELOPMENT PLAN PROPOSED FOR THE PROPERTY.

2. DEVELOPMENT PROCEDURE: PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN SETS OUT PERMITTEDLAND USE AND STANDARDS FOR THE USE AND DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY WITHIN THEPUD ZONE. PRIOR TO ANY CONSTRUCTION OR REDEVELOPMENT OF THE PROPERTY THEFOLLOWING STEPS MUST BE ACCOMPLISHED:

R. IMPACT STATEMENTS1. THE PROTECTION OF STORM WATER QUALITY, AND REGULATION OF STORM DRAINAGE

2. SANITARY SERVICE: SANITARY SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE SITE BY ANEXTENSION OF THE CITY SYSTEM THAT IS CONTRACTED TO PLEASANT VIEW WATERAND SANITATION DISTRICT'S SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM LOCATED TO THE NORTH.
