The off-the-charts success of last fall’s calendar program, with a record number of participating groups, reinforced the proven popularity of this fundraising partnership. The program capitalizes on two key components: 1) the popularity of calendars as holiday gift items; and 2) our region’s passion for Cardinals baseball. And everyone loves our coupon section, featuring four pages of great deals from a variety of area retailers. Participation in this fundraising program is easy. Our no-risk terms enable you to keep $7 of the calendar’s $15 retail price; you’ll be billed only for the calendars you sell, with no minimum required to participate! Additional incentives are awarded to groups that meet these easily achievable sales targets: 50 calendars sold: Five ticket vouchers, each redeemable for two tickets to a 2017 home game. 75 calendars sold: A randomly selected premium prize, which could include game tickets and a field visit during batting practice; a goodie bag stuffed with Cardinals memorabilia; a player-autographed item; or a Cardinals gift card. 200 calendars sold: You’re automatically entered into grand-prize drawings for a 50-inch HDTV; party suite tickets; and a pair of Cardinals VIP gameday experiences. PROGRAM INFORMATION• Your school or group will reserve the total quantity of sales sheets/order

forms needed for students or participating members by Oct. 7. E-mail the: 1) quantity needed, 2) school/group name, and 3) contact person’s name and phone number to [email protected] or call 314-345-9303. (Forms available after deadline but quantities may be limited.)

• Your school/group will receive sales sheets/order forms beginning Oct. 10.

• Calendars sell for $15 each, with your organization retaining $7.

• All sales sheets have a “Due Date:” blank and a “Make Checks Payable To:” blank. Be sure to fill these out on each sheet prior to distributing them to your students and participating members. All checks should be made payable to your school/organization.

• You can determine the due date for sellers to turn in their individual sales sheets (just make sure it’s before Nov. 16!). Please note your group’s due date on each student’s/member’s sales sheet.

• After students/members turn in their individual sales sheets, add upthe total number of calendars sold by all participants. You will enter this quantity on the 2017 Calendar Order Form (enclosed).

• Turn in your Calendar Order Form by mail, fax or e-mail by Nov. 16.

• We are flexible! There is NO MINIMUM REQUIRED for participation (with additional prizes awarded for reaching sales plateaus!) so you pay only for the calendars you sell. We accept returns AND additional orders.

• The Cardinals will begin shipping calendars to you beginning the week of Nov. 28.

• Your school/group distributes the calendars to students/members for delivery to customers.

• Cardinals Publications will invoice your organization in February 2017, and you will send one check for the number of calendars ordered by your school/group.

• Please note: All unsold calendars must be returned to Busch Stadium by Jan. 27, 2017. Calendars must be in sellable condition.

200 CALENDARS SOLDEntry into drawings for each of the following GRAND PRIZES: • 50-inch HD television (one awarded) • Two VIP Busch Stadium experiences: 1) a private stadium tour, a visit to the Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum, an on-field visit during batting practice and four tickets to the game or 2) a pregame visit to the KMOX Radio booth, an on-field visit during batting practice and four tickets to the game (one of each awarded).• An on-field visit during batting practice and tickets to a Cardinals party suite (eight groups win two tickets each)

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS

The top-two selling organizations will receive a visit from Fredbird! We will contact the winners directly to schedule the visit.

You may use incentives however you choose (as student prizes, auction items, etc.) to fit the goals of your individual program.

All premium and grand prizes will be delivered to you in spring 2017. All ticket vouchers will be mailed in spring 2017, prior to the beginning of the Cardinals’ regular season. * Premium and grand prizes are assigned randomly.
