Consistency in raters’ recommendations

Negative messages

Fluff—”RVU Guru” “Unparalleled initiative” “Sharp PA”

OPR Stratification

Use meaningful stratification (PRF Guidance)

Crucial aspect of the OPR

Reveals where an officer stands among peers

Beneficial when favorable

Stratification within rater’s authority/rating chain

Quoting stratification from senior leader

Best placement is the “Red Zone”*

Caution using multiple stratifications in one OPR

Page 12: Officer Performance Reports (OPRs) 2020/DAY... · 2020. 2. 21. · Agile, Innovative, and Responsive…Fueling the Fight! 14 Assignment “Job” Recommendations AFI 36-2406 Evaluators

Evaluators may make one or more assignment

recommendations (Job Push) in officer evaluations

provided the recommendations are both appropriate and

realistically achievable for the officer’s current grade or

current grade plus one.

history to be pushed for Sq/cc (or Flt/CC)!!!!
