Rules and Instructions framed, adopted and issued from time to time in relation to: 4. Admission of Students in all the courses. 5. To follow curricula/courses of study as prescribed by the University/AlcTE from time to time including scheme of examinations and conduct of examination 6. Appointment of Teachins/Sports/PTl/Librarv staff 2 To follow all the instructions issued from time to time by the University and to furnish all the information and statistics desired bv the University. 3 | Staft Appoinlment of permanent and qualified Principal and teaching staff on full time basis I selected bv a duly constituted selection committee as per AICTE norms. 4 Buitding: Construction of sufficient building as per guidelines of the AICTE, play srounds and hostel buildine. 5 Library: Year wise development of college Library and provision of funds for journals elrdmaeazines be made. 6 Endowment Fund: Endowment fund as prescribed under the statute 26(8) and regulations there under page 226 of Hand Book of University of Rajasthan, Jaipur Volume I Part-II (as adopted by Rajasthan Technical University, Kota) is to be created, ifnot created so far. 7 As being a registered Society/Trust, the enunciated in the constitution therein must periodical elections for various posts be ensured with transparency. 8 In exercising the provisions under Statute-26(2) of Rajasthan Technical University, Kota Act, 2005 the University shall appoint its representative in the governing body of the college/Institute. Proceedings of all the meetings should be ensured under his presence. If the representative is unable to attend such meetingl the minutes shall Le forwarded to irimTner and comments may be solicited within 7 days after adiournment of the meeting.
