fight that was occurring. When I arrived, I observed 2 males in an altercation. I

identified myself and one of the males, later identified as Gavino Galvan refused to obey

my order to remain still. The other male later identified as Jacob Left-Hand proceeded

to go inside the residence of 1240 5th Ave. After an investigation was conducted both

Gavino and Jacob were arrested for Disorderly Conduct, additionally Gavino was charged

with hindering a peace officer.

there. I knew that Ramirez had an active warrant and confirmed it through the

W 22nd street. I observed 1017 sprayed in black spray paint on the rear garage door. I

also observed BSM sprayed on the building, too. Jason said he was going to remove the

spray paint with paint remover and wanted it documented. I terminated my contact with Jason.

On 07/08/14 at 11:54 p.m. I was called to 1321 4th Ave. for a report of a loud party.

Upon arrival I smelled the odor of burnt marijuana coming from the residence. Several

suspects in the home were observed smoking marijuana in the residence. Officers attempted

to contact the suspects. Later, a search warrant was issued for the house Zane Altamarino

and Amaris Renteria were charged with possession of marijuana, more than 1 Oz. and Drug

paraphernalia. Isiah Robles, Jarron Rasnic, Riley Deboer were charged with Possession of

marijuana less than 1 Oz. and Derek Smith arrested for Resisting arrest, Obstruction of

Police and Possession of Marijuana.
