The expenditure consisted of (i) Non-recurring~Rs.728.11 lacs and (ii) Recurring:92.58 lacs., ·The majorcomponenbo~,non-recurring comprised of land, buildingsand equipment while salaries and contingencies largelyformed tQe recurring expenditure.The Committee discussed in detail the proposed budgetestimates for 1995-96 and resolved to approve the same.Additional requir~ment Qf funds was discussed in detail.
