• Quote Sandwich #1
• Quote Sandwich #2
• Quote Sandwich #3o Remember, each quote sandwich includes a
context sentence (or lead in), the quote, and the significance or the quote (the So What??).
Body Paragraph #2Before starting this, revisit your 1-3-3
web and thesis statement.

• What are your supporting details?
• What quotes should I use for each supporting detail? o (remember, 3 quotes for each body
paragraph)
Supporting Details/Body Sentences• Remember to include the following for
each "quote sandwich"...• Context Sentence

• The Quote o (what supports your detail?)
• Significance of Quote o (how does this prove your point/thesis?)
