I got commission in Pakistan Army in 1990. After completion of 25 years of commissioned service, I shall be retiring on 31 Oct 2015. I shall be available for any future assignment in Nov 2015.

Career Summary

I got commission in Pakistan Army in 1990 and joined an Infantry battalion. I am

a graduate of Command and Staff College Quetta. I held various command and staff

appointments in an Infantry battalion, Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtoon Khawa, Corps

Headquarters, Headquarters Logistic Area Quetta and General Headquarters

Rawalpindi. I also had a vast experience of performing security related tasks especially

in aid of civil governments and United Nation mission in Democratic Republic of

Congo. Few professional experiences are appended below:-

Military Experience Commanded an Infantry Battalion for 2 years.

Commanded an Infantry Company for 6 years.

Held various staff appointments related to training and

administration for 10 years.

Remained a Chief Instructor in Division Battle School for 1 year.

Held various staff appointments related to intelligence in GHQ for 2

years.

Held various operational staff appointments in Headquarters

Logistic Area Quetta and Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtoon Khawa

for 3 years.

Security Related Experience . I have a vast experience of security

related duties in aid of civil government apart from security assignments

with in army which are numerated below:-

I have an experience of fighting against terrorism and remained

part of military operations in Federal Administered Area (FATA).

I remained employed in Internal Security duties in Interior Sindh,

Karachi and Rahimyar Khan to maintain Law and Order situation.

Moreover, I also remained employed on United Nation Mission in

Democratic Republic of Congo to maintain Law and Order situation

as part of Pakistan Military Contingent.

Administrational Experience . I commanded an Infantry Battalion and

Infantry company where I was managing human resource of

approximately 700 and 150 individuals.

Instructional Experience . I have also served as Chief Instructor in

military training school at Division level besides remaining an instructor in

an Infantry Battalion.

Induction of Equipments . I have an experience of 3 years in dealing

with the test and trials of military hardware being inducted in the army. I

remained actively involved in procurement process of military hardware in

GHQ and Corps Headquarters.

Professional Development. I have done numerous military courses throughout my

entire career which include basic and mid career courses. I am also a graduate of

Command and Staff College Quetta.
