The following candidates were found using unfair means in theexamination for post code 89/17 (Asstt. Teacher) conducted by Delhi
Subordinate Service Selection Board. Further, DSSSB vide notice number 784
dated 28.06.2019 has debarred these candidates for a period of ten(10) years.

The Candidates appearing in various examinations being conducted by
the DSSSB have' repeatedly been warned not to resort to any unfair means/malpractices and further, that:
«Any attempt to commit are abet, as the case may be all or any ofthe acts such as (iJ Impersonating, and {ii) Procuring impersonation by anyperson, may in addition to render himself! herself liable to criminal prosecution,
be liable;"
a) To be disqualified by the Board from the examination for
which he/she is a candidate as also from any otherexamination/selection of the Board in which he/ she mighthave appeared by the final result.' selection has not been

from any examination held or selection made by them and or,
c) To take disciplinary action if he/she is already in service underGoverrunen t and or,
d) To take any other legal action'Th\ls, it i~ clear that the candidate had arranged to have another person
taking examinations in place of her. Thus, the candidate and the impersonatorhave indulged in the following activities amounting to impersonation:
i) Appearing for examination for another candidate are arrangingto have another person taken an examination for the candidate.
ii) Allowing/Making somebody else to write answers on candidate's
behalf during examination.iH) Helping or receiving help from othor Q ndidates to trnperecriate.
iv) Signing/ getting signed the attendance sheet and cthrexamination documents on somebody else's behalf either partiallyor completely.
v) providing admit card to another person to enable him to appearon behalf of the candidate.
Further, These candidates have also indulged in the act of FORGERY byaltering the identity proof of candidates, admit cards etc, and produced thesedocuments to the examination conducting functionaries with the intent to
defraud, 'as the documents produced are materially different from the recordsavailable with the DSSSB.
Therefore, it is evident that the candidate alongwith irnper-soriator-,werea.ctively involv'ed"in the cr irrre : rel~ted to iIl'lperso~ation, cheating, forgery,
connivance and conspiracy as specified in Indian Penal Code.In view of above facts and circumstances, the DSSSB has come to the
conclusion that, prima. facie, a case of impersonation, cheating, forgery.connivance and conspiracy is made out against the candidates.
Further, attention is drawn to the following provisions of the "GeneralInstruction" for candidates for the various post Codes in online, offline & PET
examination.
If any case Of impersonation comes to notice then Overall Incharge& Observer shall lodged FIR agatnst both persons i.e. candidates
who applied and the, impersonator under relgvant sections. These
persons shall also be debarred from appearing in future exams of
DSSSB and other Board/ Commissions."
The DSSSB adheres to ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY TOWARDS ANY
Ml5CONDUCT by any candidate or 'any persons. Therefore, in view of the abovefacts and circumstances, the candidature of the above candidates who have
appeared in the examination is hereby cancelled, on finding them involved in
the acts as mentioned above in the table.
Further, the above candidates are hereby debarred from any examination
being conducted by the DSSSB for a period of 15 years w.e.f. 28.06.2019
mentioned against them in the table.
This issues with the prior approval of Competent Authority, DSSSB
GNCT of Delhi.
