STATIONARY MIXING CONTROLLER

THE PRODUCTThe Motor Control, together with the Top Scale indicator, allows for a series of relay contacts to be activated: by components, by the unloading point of the execution program or by some distribution processes. With these contacts, it is possible to drive a motor obtaining the automatic start functions like the opening of a door, the movement of a belt and so on.

The system fi nds its main application in the stationary mixer application in order to obtain a full automatic system.

Customer confi guration:

The system can be totally set by the customer on the basis of his needs.The relays can be controlled by:

• Components, components pre-alarm, unloading points/pens, unloading points/pens pre-alarm

• Partial weighing alarm, partial weighing alarm pre-alarm, mixing time, loading execution

• The activation of these functions on the indicator activates the correspondent relay in the motor control box

Extra functions

The system can be completed with 2 dinamica generale® software:

• DTMTM allows to prepare all the programs in the offi ce and transfer them to the scale trough a memory card or wireless.

• DG-Scheduler allows to set a starting time for each program and then transfer them to the scale with the same memory card so that the scale starts automatically at the set time that the operators programmed before hand.In this manner the system is FULLY AUTOMATIC.
