INSTRUCTION FOR TEACHERS
Dear Teachers, 1. All the teachers are hereby advised to adhere to the following instructions for the smooth functioning of the school.
(a) Teachers are instructed not to bring mobile phone inside the school campus to avoid the cause of distraction and lack of concentration. In this connection CBSE Circular No 02 dated 29 July 2009, Office Circulars given from time to time and AWES HQ Central Command letter No B/45714/Complaint/R/AWES dated 06 Mar 2017 can be referred. (b) With immediate effect no pendrive will be used in the school by the students, teachers & staff. CD will be used for school related works instead of pen drive. In exceptional cases pen drive can be operated from Principal’s computer only.
(c) Please do not involve at all in personal / public talk, verbal / non-verbal communication to any Person regarding the school matter. Using of computer / taking data from the school without prior permission / smuggling out papers, divulging any secrecy / confidential matter related to the school are strictly prohibited.
(d) Dress code will be followed on the day of Inspection / Visit / Spl occasion. (i) Formal dress with tie and Shoes for Gents Staff. (ii) Saree and sandal for Ladies Staff. (e) As per CBSE Circular/ AWES Circular / Office Circular given from time to time corporal punishment to the students is strictly prohibited. Teach and treat all the children alike and in a manner you would expect your child to be taught and treated. (f) All the teachers should have compliance with the AWES /CBSE Rules & Regulations and as amended time to time. AWES Rules & Regulations and CBSE Circulars are available with Teachers Resource Centre (TRC) and update your-self on day to day basis with the help of internet. (g) Class teachers are to be inside the Class Room at 07:25 AM and finish off students attendance by 07:35 AM. (h) Teaching period will never be compromised at any cost except medical emergency. The school related work wil be done during leisure period or after completion of teaching period. (j) After 07:35 AM they shall escort their students to the Assembly Ground and make them stand in straight lines as per their height and take them back in a similar manner after assembly to avoid chaos in corridors. All non-class teachers and non-teaching academic staff will attend morning assembly positively. (k) The class teachers shall check the turnout of their students’ i.e cleanliness of uniform, polishing of shoes, hair cut, clipping of nails etc and the same is expected from teachers.

-2- (l) Two students per class will read out daily news for three to five minutes after the school assembly. All teachers will ensure the reading of newspaper in a proper manner and with correct pronunciation. (m) Please follow the time table sincerely. Reach the class room for the period in time and also finish the class in time. Late arrival in the class will be treated as absent from the duty. (n) Teach your lesson in a slow and deliberate manner so that the students comprehend it properly. Ensure your taught portion is remembered by students. (o) Without prior permission of the undersigned the teacher will not take their students for games except the game period. (p) Principal-Teachers meeting will conduct twice in a month i.e 15th and last working day of the month at 1:40 PM in CCA / Confrence Room. (q) Subject teachers’ meeting should be conducted once in a month i.e 3rd Monday of the month at 1:40 PM in CCA Room. If any holiday falls down then it can be shifted to next working day at same time. (r) Ensure Implementation of CBSE Rule on restoration of Board Examination and subsequent CBSE Circulars thereon. (s) Teachers will ensure sanctity of the Institution and they will maintain self dignity in every aspect. Teach every child to be self disciplined, polite, develop self respect, respect other & obey rules and understand social responsibilities. (t) As per CBSE By-Laws Chapter VII, Rule 36(1) and Article 82 (e)(vii) & Article 187 (a) of AWES Rules and Regulations all representions from the staff containing grievances / complaints would be submitted through the Principal of the school. (u) As per CBSE & AWES Rules and Regulations a teacher will not undertake private tuition of students. (v) Please give regular home work and more importantly check and correct it comprehensively. Encircle or cross the mistake(s) and write the correct word /sentence/answer so that the student knows what mistake (s) he/ she has made and what is the correct answer. Subject teachers will ensure separate Home Work Copy and Class Work Copy of the students. (w) All the activity teachers will take full activity classes in a progressive manner so that students can perform it properly. Assessment of all activity classes (Dance / Music / Art / Sports) will be done and it shall have weightage in final result. (x) Weekly tests will be carried out to ascertain and ensure proper comprehension by the students. Please ensure that all evaluated sheets of Class test / Term test are seen and signed by the parents. (y) The concerned class teacher is responsible for the conduct of Co-scholastic activities. All other teachers will co-operate and help them. Teach every child to say “Namaste, Good Morning/ Good Afternoon / Good Evening, Thank You, Please and Sorry”. (z) All House Masters / Mistress and Cottage Mothers will carry out the CCA programmes as per the school calendar.

(aa) Proficiency in English (Spoken as well as written) will help the students achieve success in their lives. Hence, all the teachers must speak to the students in English and ensure that the students also speak in English amongst themselves. (ab) All the male teaching staffs are advised not to touch any Girl Student from Class V & above.and vice-versa. (ac) All staff shall follow the code of conduct for employees / teachers given by CBSE & AWES rules without any deviation. (ad) As per CBSE Rule 41 & AWES Leave Rule (Article-167) leave is a matter of privilege and cannot be claimed as a right. Leave must be sanctioned before it is availed. Only 03 teachers leave will be sanctioned for a day on first come first avail basis except medical emergency. (ae) Arrival timing of teaching- & Non-teaching staff on working days to the school is 7:20AM. ½ day leave will be counted on 03 late arrivals. Maximum timing 20 Mins for late arrival in a day is permitted and excess to 20Mins will also be counted as ½ day leave.
(ae) Biometric finger impression at the time of arrival and departure is mandatory for counting of attendance else absence will be marked.
(af) Arrival / Recess/ Dispersal duty will be performed by teachers as per their schedule / detailment.
(ag) All TA/DA bills against temporary duty must be submitted to school office within three days
from the joining duty.
. (ah) All the staff will come to the school in formal dress regularly. They can be assigned the School / CBSE duty at any time during the school hours / your services may be utilized after school hours as occasion demands. (aj) No any staff can deny performing the School / CBSE duty particularly during school hours by citing various reasons. (ak) Refusal of duty may lead for disciplinary action against the staff. (al) Gents staff is suggested to wear formal trouser with full sleeve shirt and shoes. They are not allowed to come with Jeans, Narrow / Low waist trouser, Slipper and they will shave daily and comb properly. (am). After reporting to the school, staff is not allowed to move for their personal works e.g. parking of veh, moving to APS Hostel, shopping, Bank, MH etc without prior permission of the undersigned. (an) Substitution classes should be treated as regular classes and a teacher may teach the subject of their own, matching with standard of the class. (ao) All class teachers will promote the habit of atleast one page diary writing in English daily by students.

(ap) On every Monday all the teachers & staff will follow dress code as mentioned at Para 1(d) above. (aq) To avoid any type of inconvenience, teaching / non-teaching staff of the school are advised to inform to the undersigned if any possibility of moving out of station during holiday/ closed day / declared holiday. (ar) Grouping of staff is prohibited except for academic discussion and do not gather the support of any individual for your own interest. Discuss the things individually to the undersigned, if any. (as) Staff Rooms are established in the school to facilitate the teachers during break period and no seating spot / chair is earmarked to any one. Anybody can seat anywhere according to availability of chair. Avoid seating at one fixed place.

INSTRUCTION FOR TEACHERS
Dear Teachers, 1. All the teachers are hereby advised to adhere to the following instructions for the smooth functioning of the school.
(a) Teachers are instructed not to bring mobile phone inside the school campus to avoid the cause of distraction and lack of concentration. In this connection CBSE Circular No 02 dated 29 July 2009, Office Circulars given from time to time and AWES HQ Central Command letter No B/45714/Complaint/R/AWES dated 06 Mar 2017 can be referred. (b) With immediate effect no pendrive will be used in the school by the students, teachers & staff. CD will be used for school related works instead of pen drive. In exceptional cases pen drive can be operated from Principal’s computer only.
(c) Please do not involve at all in personal / public talk, verbal / non-verbal communication to any Person regarding the school matter. Using of computer / taking data from the school without prior permission / smuggling out papers, divulging any secrecy / confidential matter related to the school are strictly prohibited.
(d) Dress code will be followed on the day of Inspection / Visit / Spl occasion. (i) Formal dress with tie and Shoes for Gents Staff. (ii) Saree and sandal for Ladies Staff. (e) As per CBSE Circular/ AWES Circular / Office Circular given from time to time corporal punishment to the students is strictly prohibited. Teach and treat all the children alike and in a manner you would expect your child to be taught and treated. (f) All the teachers should have compliance with the AWES /CBSE Rules & Regulations and as amended time to time. AWES Rules & Regulations and CBSE Circulars are available with Teachers Resource Centre (TRC) and update your-self on day to day basis with the help of internet. (g) Class teachers are to be inside the Class Room at 07:25 AM and finish off students attendance by 07:35 AM. (h) Teaching period will never be compromised at any cost except medical emergency. The school related work wil be done during leisure period or after completion of teaching period. (j) After 07:35 AM they shall escort their students to the Assembly Ground and make them stand in straight lines as per their height and take them back in a similar manner after assembly to avoid chaos in corridors. All non-class teachers and non-teaching academic staff will attend morning assembly positively. (k) The class teachers shall check the turnout of their students’ i.e cleanliness of uniform, polishing of shoes, hair cut, clipping of nails etc and the same is expected from teachers.

-2- (l) Two students per class will read out daily news for three to five minutes after the school assembly. All teachers will ensure the reading of newspaper in a proper manner and with correct pronunciation. (m) Please follow the time table sincerely. Reach the class room for the period in time and also finish the class in time. Late arrival in the class will be treated as absent from the duty. (n) Teach your lesson in a slow and deliberate manner so that the students comprehend it properly. Ensure your taught portion is remembered by students. (o) Without prior permission of the undersigned the teacher will not take their students for games except the game period. (p) Principal-Teachers meeting will conduct twice in a month i.e 15th and last working day of the month at 1:40 PM in CCA / Confrence Room. (q) Subject teachers’ meeting should be conducted once in a month i.e 3rd Monday of the month at 1:40 PM in CCA Room. If any holiday falls down then it can be shifted to next working day at same time. (r) Ensure Implementation of CBSE Rule on restoration of Board Examination and subsequent CBSE Circulars thereon. (s) Teachers will ensure sanctity of the Institution and they will maintain self dignity in every aspect. Teach every child to be self disciplined, polite, develop self respect, respect other & obey rules and understand social responsibilities. (t) As per CBSE By-Laws Chapter VII, Rule 36(1) and Article 82 (e)(vii) & Article 187 (a) of AWES Rules and Regulations all representions from the staff containing grievances / complaints would be submitted through the Principal of the school. (u) As per CBSE & AWES Rules and Regulations a teacher will not undertake private tuition of students. (v) Please give regular home work and more importantly check and correct it comprehensively. Encircle or cross the mistake(s) and write the correct word /sentence/answer so that the student knows what mistake (s) he/ she has made and what is the correct answer. Subject teachers will ensure separate Home Work Copy and Class Work Copy of the students. (w) All the activity teachers will take full activity classes in a progressive manner so that students can perform it properly. Assessment of all activity classes (Dance / Music / Art / Sports) will be done and it shall have weightage in final result. (x) Weekly tests will be carried out to ascertain and ensure proper comprehension by the students. Please ensure that all evaluated sheets of Class test / Term test are seen and signed by the parents. (y) The concerned class teacher is responsible for the conduct of Co-scholastic activities. All other teachers will co-operate and help them. Teach every child to say “Namaste, Good Morning/ Good Afternoon / Good Evening, Thank You, Please and Sorry”. (z) All House Masters / Mistress and Cottage Mothers will carry out the CCA programmes as per the school calendar.

(aa) Proficiency in English (Spoken as well as written) will help the students achieve success in their lives. Hence, all the teachers must speak to the students in English and ensure that the students also speak in English amongst themselves. (ab) All the male teaching staffs are advised not to touch any Girl Student from Class V & above.and vice-versa. (ac) All staff shall follow the code of conduct for employees / teachers given by CBSE & AWES rules without any deviation. (ad) As per CBSE Rule 41 & AWES Leave Rule (Article-167) leave is a matter of privilege and cannot be claimed as a right. Leave must be sanctioned before it is availed. Only 03 teachers leave will be sanctioned for a day on first come first avail basis except medical emergency. (ae) Arrival timing of teaching- & Non-teaching staff on working days to the school is 7:20AM. ½ day leave will be counted on 03 late arrivals. Maximum timing 20 Mins for late arrival in a day is permitted and excess to 20Mins will also be counted as ½ day leave.
(ae) Biometric finger impression at the time of arrival and departure is mandatory for counting of attendance else absence will be marked.
(af) Arrival / Recess/ Dispersal duty will be performed by teachers as per their schedule / detailment.
(ag) All TA/DA bills against temporary duty must be submitted to school office within three days
from the joining duty.
. (ah) All the staff will come to the school in formal dress regularly. They can be assigned the School / CBSE duty at any time during the school hours / your services may be utilized after school hours as occasion demands. (aj) No any staff can deny performing the School / CBSE duty particularly during school hours by citing various reasons. (ak) Refusal of duty may lead for disciplinary action against the staff. (al) Gents staff is suggested to wear formal trouser with full sleeve shirt and shoes. They are not allowed to come with Jeans, Narrow / Low waist trouser, Slipper and they will shave daily and comb properly. (am). After reporting to the school, staff is not allowed to move for their personal works e.g. parking of veh, moving to APS Hostel, shopping, Bank, MH etc without prior permission of the undersigned. (an) Substitution classes should be treated as regular classes and a teacher may teach the subject of their own, matching with standard of the class. (ao) All class teachers will promote the habit of atleast one page diary writing in English daily by students.

(ap) On every Monday all the teachers & staff will follow dress code as mentioned at Para 1(d) above. (aq) To avoid any type of inconvenience, teaching / non-teaching staff of the school are advised to inform to the undersigned if any possibility of moving out of station during holiday/ closed day / declared holiday. (ar) Grouping of staff is prohibited except for academic discussion and do not gather the support of any individual for your own interest. Discuss the things individually to the undersigned, if any. (as) Staff Rooms are established in the school to facilitate the teachers during break period and no seating spot / chair is earmarked to any one. Anybody can seat anywhere according to availability of chair. Avoid seating at one fixed place.

ANNUAL TECH & ADM INSPECTION
Dear Teaching & Non-teaching Staff, 1. Annual Tech & Adm Inspection of the school will be carried out on 23 & 24 Oct 2019. 2. Brig Rajesh Negi, Commandant, JAK, RRC Jabalpur & Chairman APS No.2 Jabalpur will carryout Annual Adm & Tech Inspection of the School on 23 & 24th Oct 2019 respectively alongwith Col Debabrata Kar, Edn Officer, Army AD Centre and Mr Manish Kumar Swami, Principal APS No.1 Jabalpur. 3. To make successful the inspection, all the teachers & staff are advised to adhere the following instructions:- (a) All the teaching staff and non teaching staff are suggested to follow the dress code as under:- (i) Pull over shirt, Formal trouser with tie & shoes - Gents (ii) Saree & Sandal - Ladies (iii) Group D Employee - Proper uniform (iv) All staff should have dressed their hair and nail properly. (b) All educational boards, cup-boards and almirahs should be arranged properly (c) On the top left corner of the Black board the following information to be placed:- (i) Date
(ii) Total No of students (iii) Total No of present (iv) Total No of absent (v) Period (vi) Subject (vii) Topic (viii) Teacher’s Name.

-2- (d) All school bags of students be lined up with side walls on the days of Inspection. (e) Ensure minimum movement of the students in corridor on the day of Inspection. (f) Lesson Plan Register/ Personal Diary/ Examination Records/ CCA Records/ Anecdotal & Portfolios record/ PTM Register/ Assembly Register/ Attendance Register/ Marks Register, Sub Co-ordination Register will be kept ready and be placed in the Principal’s Office. (g) Period wise separate lesson plan for 23 & 24 Oct 2019 will be displayed in laptop by teachers for their conduction of classes as well as hard copy of the same at the time of teaching. (h) Adequate no of Teaching Aids are reqd for conduction of classes. (j) All the Class Teachers will ensure neat & cleanliness of their students. (k) All the Class Teachers will ensure proper hair trimming, nail cutting, boot polish etc of their students. (l) Class Magazine. (m) Healthy food in tiffin box of students.
(n) Teachers are instructed not to bring mobile phone inside the school campus. (o) Teachers will keep abreast with the recent rules and regulations of AWES and CBSE. (p) All the labs and activity rooms should have their inventory alongwith photocopy of bill, stock register, issue records and practical/activity conduction records in register. (q) Ensure proper correction of note-books and covering of books and note-books. 4. Student will come to the school in their House uniform on 23 Oct 2019 and regular uniform with tie on 24 Oct 2019. NCC/Scouts & Guides/Red Cross/Cups & Bul Bul will come in their uniform for both the days. Teachers are advised to inform their students accordingly.
