October 2012 Updates:

Alma enjoying herself outdoors

Alma enjoyed our tiny and neglected garden,Especially smelling and tearing apart flowers

When one morning we failed to arrive at the YMCA sports class, Debbie and Ben joined

us for a dip in the inflatable pool.

Well, Alma had a dip, it was a lot trickier to get Ben in the water...

Eventually we managed to get him into a swimming suit and into the water.

They also had a fun picnic lunch.

Our backyard transformed into a

summer wonderland

As Alma was enjoying the sand pit

so much, I got her some new trucks, animal\dinosaur

shaped.

Alma has managed to even convince people who are not fans of sand to dip

their hands and have a play

But it isn’t always sun and sand...Some days are about water and mud!

Alma spent 20 minutes playing in this puddle next to the school.

On the rainy days play dough is a good option for a busy toddler.Alma made with some help a pair of funny creatures.

After the creatures had a chat, we made them some spaghetti.

At the end of the long play session, Alma decided to put them to sleep, so she took off all their parts (like she undresses before going to sleep) and put two blobs of dough to rest

under a napkin... Such a funny kid!

When she can’t go on adventures outside due to the rain, she can still travel in her imagination...
