Executive Summary
BSLLD is an application created to automate the collection of Data from Villages of India and to get proper and better statistics of Villages.
The Basic Statistics for Local Level Development (BSLLD) in India is comprehensive local development to the BSLLD beneficiaries.
All the data about the development and its status; in a Village, is to be filled in by a Recording Officer assigned by Block officer of a particular Block under a Panchayat.
The main components of the BSLLD are: Descriptive Identification of Village Particulars of Data Recording Officer Village Schedule-A Forms Village Schedule-B Forms Reports

Application Components
Login Page / Home Page:- Login page is the entry point of application to take user to home page.
Village Identification:- Identification of Village describes that which Village comes under which
Panchayat and Block of which State.
Recording officer:- This provides information about a Recording Officer for a particular
Village for a Year & Month.
Schedule-A Forms:- Filling all the relevant data of Village for Schedule-A Forms and then
submitting the full data.
Schedule-B Forms:- Filling all the related data of a Village for Schedule-B which has
dependency on Schedule-A forms.
Reports:- This is provided to generate report for all forms depending upon the
data present for that form.

•Item Code can accept only values “1” or “2”.•No special characters Allowed.•When only single value entered in the Source code it will display a message to select value from list.

•Values for 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3 should not exceed 9.•Item Code can accept only values “1” or “2” for “3.4” and “3.5”.•Values of 3.7(a), 3.7(b), and 3.7(c) should not exceed 100%.•When only single value entered in the Source code it will display a message to
select value from list.

•Values for distance should be two digit and if found single digit should be converted into two digit by adding “0” before digit.•Distance should be in whole numbers.•If distance is greater than 100 then it should be converted to “99” and saved.•For 4.6 to 4.10 if distance code is “00” then enter the no. of Schools else not allow to enter.•When only single value entered in the Source code it will display a message to select value from list.

•Values of 5.1 & 5.2 should be greater values in 5.3, 5.4 and 5.5 else data will not be saved.•Values of 5.3 should be greater than the values in 5.4 and 5.5.•When only single value entered in the Source code it will display a message to select value from list.

•If the total of Male, Item 22.3 to 22.7 is cross 1% of the total of Male of 5.2, the figure should be verified, and below message will be shown.

Reports Generation
This section is been created to generate the report for the data entered for the Village of particular Year and Month. This section provides a Report format to the data entered so that one can easily clarify the data and in represent able format and one can easily take print out of that.
This Section contains twenty buttons for displaying reports. As for every Block there is a different button to display different Form if we click Form 2 button then it will display Report for that particular Form.
