Certain changes i n the agreement with the Greater Vancouver Water Board on agreement regarding the 21tf1 main and reservoir were recommended by the S o l i c i t o r and Manager.

I n connection with t h e agreement w i t h Schmidt Construction Co. for the purchase of t h e i r trunk sewer, cer ta in changes i n clauses were also recommended.
