He sold 10 acres t o Mrs. Shannon and has not given he r road access by opening up 44th Avenue t o her property. Tomaschewski claims t h a t 44th Avenue needs t o be opened up by the Munici- pality espec ia l ly now t h a t Mrs. Shannon and her children are l iv ing on it. Certain changes i n the agreement with the Greater Vancouver Water Board on agreement regarding the 21tf1 main and reservoir were recommended by the S o l i c i t o r and Manager.

I n connection with t h e agreement w i t h Schmidt Construction Co. for the purchase of t h e i r trunk sewer, cer ta in changes i n clauses were also recommended.
