Crayola has started ColorCycle, which is a campaign to start recycling old markers. Our sixth graders have put together a campaign here at Osborn to do our part in reducing the amount of plastic products being made. We will have a box in the multipurpose room for all of your old markers. When they run out of ink throw them in the box instead of the trash. They will be sent to Crayola where they will be recycled. They do not have to be Crayola! They can be any brand and any kind just as long as they are plastic. This is just one small thing we can do to combat the horrible plastic pollution issue going on in our world.
