DescriptionWe were asked to produce and install event branding, signage and stage set graphics for for the prestigious VMworld Europe Conference held at the Palais des Festivals, Cannes, France.

We worked very closely with the George P. Johnson team helping to plan and supply signage for the event, included event branding, signage & way-finding, free-standing custom-built displays and digital display structures. Recycled substrates were used whereever possible.

By starting the partnership between our project management team and the George P. Johnson team early in the development stages, it enabled the success of this project and every hurdle was overcome with informed solutions in partnership.

Description

We were asked to supply graphics panels for the event that could be easily shipped and installed without jeopardising quality.

SolutionWe designed a product that consisted of stoplight printed onto using UV inks with a matt seal to the face. We then applied a new product to the back, which is a low tack reusable glue.

The result was a quality print, which could be rolled up in transit and installed on site without fuss.

SolutionWe worked closely with the event organisers and Citrix to ensure a quick and efficient installation of event graphics, way-finding signage, and a variety of promotional display systems. Individual stand graphics were produced specifically on lightweight and flexible materials to ease installation and a fast removal.

Global Channel Conference

DescriptionWe are proud to have been associated with Nokia since 2001. The brief for this particular event was to create a branded café bar, reception and informal seating area within a Lisbon hotel.

The time permitted for set up and removal was only two days which meant everything had to be supplied in kit form for easy assembly on-site. We started with a false floor to conceal the cables which led to various plasma screens including some in table tops, this enabled

us to use a new carpet in a Nokia colour scheme. The two circular bars were constructed in sections for assembly on-site. Special furniture was designed in red Ostrich leather to fit the seating areas, and every wall was covered in Nokia branding. These wall graphics had to be easily removed and cause no damage to the walls beneath. The scheme worked very well and the feedback from visitors and Nokia was excellent.

LG product launch

Description LG’s new steam washing machines were launched in style at a hotel in London. We used a combination of matt vinyls matched to Pantone inks and direct-to-substrate digital printing to produce a powerful backdrop to their product launch.

Despite an extremely tight timescale we worked closely with Hotel Management to comply with their demanding build up requirements with the minimum of fuss and to the delight of the client.
