presentations) you can double book yourself. Be aware.

Input your class schedule and regular commitments

• The system will aim to schedule you around commitments, but will always schedule you for an interview, so be prepared to swap.• COIN knows the interviews you have been scheduled for, so you don’t need to input them

Input exceptions to your schedule too

• Exceptions are for commitments that cannot be moved.• If you are scheduled and have a conflict, try to swap with your classmates. If you are not able to swap, come to the CMC as soon as possible for help.

Accepting Invitations

• You will receive an email informing you that you have been invited to interview, but you must log in to COIN to accept/decline

• Alternates will also receive emails and need to accept• The interview schedule has not been run, so you will not yet know your interview time slot• Respond to invitation by Accept/Decline Deadline at 9AM

• Respond to alternate invitations by same deadline• If you decline an invitation or take no action on it/ignore it an alternate can/will be scheduled in your place.

Find your invitations

● Check “My Invites” to accept your invitations.

● Check “My Waitlists” to accept your alternate invitations.
