Oceanfile uses advanced risk measurement algorithms to slice and dice the underlying information contained in each inspection report. Three levels of analysis deliver quick and easy to understand reports and charts to provide the insights needed to recognise the risk significance when Observations, Deficiencies or Non-Conformities are recorded:
• Counts of Observations – a quick but relatively basic measure of performance.
• Potential Risk Score – each inspection question is pre-set with a potential risk score based on the topic and attendant risk possibilities.
• Assessed Risk Score – actual observations may be reviewed and the potential risk adjusted to reflect the real assessed risk. In other words, the risk score for trivial observations may be reduced whilst conversely, more serious observations may warrant an increased risk score.
