OH Physician A licensed physician working full-time in occupational health caremust be a specialist in occupational health care. A person whoworks in occupational health care for an average of 20 ormore hours per week is considered to be working full-time.
A licensed physician working part-time in occupational health care
- must have taken a minimum of fifteen credits in occupationalhealth care studies- within two years of starting work in occupational health care.
A person who works in occupational health care for less than anaverage of 20 hours per week is considered to be workingpart-time.
OH Nurse A licensed public health nurse working in occupational health caremust be a qualified public health nurse
- and must have taken, in addition, a minimum of fifteen credits inoccupational health care studies- within two years of starting work in occupational health care.

in addition to an applicable university degree, or other equivalentearlier vocational qualification in the field,
- taken a minimum of two credits in occupational health carestudies.
Those health care professionals and experts employed in occupational health care who were qualified to be employed inoccupational health care when this Decree (708/2013) entered into force are notwithstanding the provisions of this Decree stillqualified to have the present or equivalent jobs in occupational health care.

• Everyone working in OH should have seven days of training / year after theeligibility.• In 2017 only 16% of psychologists had at least 7 days of continuous training• 11% had 5-6 days• 30% had 3-4 days• 20% had 1-2 days• 11% had none
