The N-Tyre System is a system of wireless hardware and software, incorporating its own uniquepower generator that helps manage a significantly reduce tyre, wheel and associated costs. The system identifies each individual tyre and wheel and accurately monitors parameters critical to safe and efficient operation. It both transmits and receives data all the way from the Tag, to its Website. It uploads tyre data, as well as downloads software for system upgrades ensuring an early warning of a potential hazardous and costly problem as well as accurate assessment of CPK routes and other invaluable statistical information based on actual tyre performance data. It includes its own unique method of automatically ascertaining trailer configurations whilst ignoring all signals emanating from any neighbouring vehicles.
RUN FLATS ARE NOW A THING OF THE PAST!!!
The NTS provides the followingUNIQUE information for its users:
The N-TYRE SYSTEM generates its ownpower! It can therefore constantly monitorcritical parameters.
The NTS automatically calculatesthe cost / km / tyre / route / season / driver / load!!!

NTS hosts a secure Website thatgathers, sorts and analyses the data from its automatic hardware input andthen makes recommendations via dedicated reports about problems thatneed to be addressed. It also indicates just what it is costing the companyby not addressing these issues as well as savings achieved by utilising thesystem. Users simply log on to the internet via a secure connection.
The Website is designed to 'HIGHLIGHT' areas in which management can save substantial sums of money and preventhazardous and costly problems from occurring. The Website filters data for use in a variety of effective ManagementTools which can be employed to set targets and review performance, on an on-going basis.
The Website boasts an exceptionally comprehensive, easily understood structure that requires absolutely MINIMAL

This is a table that allows one to represent the non-linear wear of the tyre. Records represent straight-line portions of the tyre-wear graph. The start tread is the lesser tread value, and hence would have less life (expected remaining life of the tyre as a fraction of its entire life). The stop tread is the greater value.Should a tyre’s wear be exactly linear, then the start tread would equal 0, the start life would equal 0.The stop tread would be the tread of a new tyre. The stop life would be the total expected life from a new tyre (1).

The NTS data base contains the specifications almost every available tyre on the SA market. Automatic andaccurate readings of the Tread Depth, Tyre Wear and Distance Travelled are made by the NTS whist the vehicleis in motion and compared with the projections as provided by the manufacturer.
AUTOMATIC TREAD DEPTH, TYRE WEAR AND COSTS
The NTS provides the VALUE of every tyre with INCREDIBLE ACCURACY. It predicts the remaining milageleft on the tyre. The system takes stock of all tyres owned and audits this asset value on the move, in the warehouseor at the retreader.

LIVE UPDATE
TYRE INFLATION PERFORMANCE AND ‘PIGGY BANK’
The status of any vehicle fitted with an NTS can be viewed live from computer or PDA if the vehicle is en route. The information “in Blue” is refreshed every 30 seconds, providing an early warning of the onset of any costly andpotentially hazardous condition.
NTS algorithms calculate the increase in wear resultingfrom traveling on incorrectly inflated tyres. Resultingfrom an early warning, corrective action can be taken, excessive wear prevented, and the resultant savings areplaced as a credit in the Piggy Bank.
Not attending to a notified fault, results in a debit. The wasted Money has been irretrievably lost.
SECURE, DEDICATEDSECURE, DEDICATED
AND POWERFUL
GRAPHSThe extensive NTS database will record and analyse all data relating to your fleet and produce graphs to facilitateanalysis. Tyres do not wear the same on all roads. The wear factor of various routes can be compared with one another. This information is of great value when quoting for long term haulage contracts.A hot road wears the tyres out quicker than a cold road.

AND POWERFUL
The N-TYRE SYSTEM is so accurate that the wear betweensummer and winter can be compared on any specific route.
The N-TYRE SYSTEM includes a built-in GPS, GSM and an Odometer, which incorporates a Trip Meter. The data from these features, combinedwith the data from all its sensors provides invaluable information for the
powerful NTS Software Report Engines. The inclusion of a Radio andcell phone assures driver acceptance and enhances the operation andoverall performance of the system.
