Deceptions have power until they are revealed. A deception revealed leaves only truth. The fraud that is Macon County Juvenile Court and its animator Lisa Coogle Rambo are undone.Attorney Lisa Coogle Rambo and attorney Patrick S. Eidson are party to the "Order for Shelter Care" Attorney James W. Hurt and attorney Lisa Rambo are party to the"Protective Order". Note: A faxed copy of the OFSC was given to the father by a nurse in the presence of four armed Richmond County police.Factoid: Four years ago Lisa signed(Lisa Jones) two sets of oaths which were absent the the Great Seal of Georgia. Apparently attorneys within GA's corporate HQ thought it would be better to put that Seal on the next round of oaths. Regardless, that new set is also invalid because jurisdiction and intent must needs not be confusing else that document is void on its face. Lisa has provided substantive evidence indicating that she is 100% a private contractor imposing private policy by force, intimidation, and threats to kidnap children from their parents. No Great Seal in her court, no American or Georgian flag in her court(witnessed by many), none of her "court" documents contain the Great Seal of Georgia nor are they substantively Lawful (conforming to the Constitution). Irony: Immediately above Lisa's kangaroo court within the Sumter County Courthouse is a long hall. On one side of this hall are hung several important documents. Oldest is the 10 Commandments, Magna Carta, and youngest is the Constitution. As the evidence shows none of the Public Laws hanging on that wall are acknowledged in the chamber of horrors below.

Re: fraudulent documents : "Order for Shelter Care""72 Hour Hearing Order/Protective Order""Court Appointed Special Advocate"
Our search and seizure laws* do not authorize an order for shelter care (hereinafter OFSC), a "Protective Order", or a "CASA" re: seizure of person and private medical documents.
Be it further noted regarding this instant document(s):
1. The OFSC** does not specifically identify an accused
party.
2. The OFSC asserts unsupported speculations.
3. The OFSC does not bear the Great Seal of Georgia.
4. The OFSC does not bear the Seal of the Court.
5. The OFSC does not bear the Clerk of Court signature as a witness
to signatory.***
6. The OFSC is without witness signatures.
7. The OFSC was not served by a judicial officer.
Conclusion: The instrument(s) utilized to seize Flint and his
private medical data is firstly defective and secondly
fraudulent.

Amendment 4The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Georgia Section I Paragraph I. No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property except by due process of law . Paragraph II. Protection to person and property; equal protection .Protection to person and property is the paramount duty of government and shall be impartial and complete. No person shall be denied the equal protection of the laws.
Paragraph XIII. Searches, seizures, and warrants.The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated; and no warrant shall issue except upon probable cause supported by oath or affirmation particularly describing the place or places to be searched and the persons or things to be seized.
**The OFSC precedes all others. Given the fraudulent nature of
this primary document all others are so poisoned. Fraud vitiates
all that it touches.
*** The Clerk of Juvenile Court has filed the OFSC but does not
appear to be a witness(cross affidavit) to Mrs. Rambo signing same.
There is no witness signature insofar as the clerk or anyone is
concerned.
