Cyber BullyingCyberbullying: is when a child, preteen or teen is tormented, threatened, harassed, humiliated, embarrassed or otherwise targeted by another child, preteen or teen using the Internet, interactive and digital technologies or mobile phones.

•It has to be communication between two minors or at least have been instigated by a minor against another minor
• Once adults become involved, it is plain and simple cyber- harassment or cyberstalking. Adult cyber-harassment or cyberstalking is NEVER called cyberbullying.

How it Works?• Starts with a evil thought
• Then you get on the computer or cell phone and act out and release your frustrations and anger out on someone your age or around your age (18 and under). • It’s NOT asking someone a question and just talking to them or chatting with them.
• It’s when you use technology to Harass, Curse, Threat, Embarrass, Verbally Abuse someone, Say Harsh things to some one.
